Our "We've Got You" Policy

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item arrives other than expected. We aren't able to accept returns, but are happy to send a replacement out in case of damage. 

If your order arrives damaged or destroyed, we will make it right.

Sometimes packages have a rough journey, and a damaged card is the last thing anyone needs when they're trying to show up for someone they love. Just send us a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery and we'll get a replacement on its way to you. No guilt trips, no hoops to jump through- just a quick message to info@deathdaycards.com and we'll handle the rest.

Because around here, showing up for people is kind of our whole thing.
